Our story

Baked fresh with love

Pilgrim Sourdough started with one jar of starter on a kitchen windowsill and a stubborn belief that good bread should come from someone you know. Every loaf still begins the same way: a feed of flour and water the night before, a long cold rest, and a morning bake that fogs up the windows.

We bake to order in small batches, so nothing sits around. That means we can fold in jalapeño and cheddar just for you, roast garlic the afternoon before, or try the flavour you've been imagining all week.
